Your entry is handled by Sports Entry Solutions (www.sportsentrysolutions.com) and is used for the purposes of event administration only. Your data will be deleted as soon after the event is over, as possible. If you have submitted contact details and requested information on future events, this data will be stored securely, and used for this purpose only.


Google Analytics is used on the site which collects data to identify user behaviour. This includes a user’s geographic area and a user’s IP Address. This is collected when you visit the site.

Only your name will be shown on the website although if your email address is linked to a Gravatar account (an image that follows you from site to site appearing beside your name), your Gravatar photo will also be displayed.
